1. Privacy commitment
We respect your privacy and do not tolerate spam. We will never sell, rent, lease or give away your information (name, address, email, etc.) to any third party.  We are committed to safeguarding your privacy online and have developed this privacy policy to deal with issues which may concern you. The details which you provide about yourself and any information which identifies you (such as your name, address, email address) ("personal information") will be collected by us when you register for our mailing list or other services.

This information will be held on our system and used only to provide services or information that you have requested to receive directly from BPM3 Inc. or from our affiliates including but not limited to BPTG and vendors that we represent.

We do not normally link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that you remain anonymous even though we include your IP address in our aggregate information. However, we can and will attempt to use IP addresses to identify a user when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our terms and conditions, or to protect our services and other users.

BPM3 Inc. collects and/or logs Internet Protocol addresses, Internet domain names, the web browser and operating system used to access the BPM3 Inc. web site, the files visited, the time spent in each file, and the time and date of each visit.

Thereafter when you visit a web site, a message is sent back to the web server by the browser accessing the web site. 7. BPM3Inc. Mailing List
If you select the opt-in box for our mailing list, we will send you emails and mailings from us about our products or services and articles or other information that may be of interest to you.  You can opt-out of BPM3 mailing list at any time.

8. Correcting/Updating Personal Information
If your personal information changes or if you no longer wish to subscribe to the service, we will endeavor to correct, update or remove the personal information provided to us as speedily as possible.

9. Users Under 18
If you are under 18, please ensure that you obtain your parent/guardian's consent beforehand whenever you provide personal information to the website. Users without such consent are not allowed to provide us with personal information.

10. Governing Law
This privacy policy forms part of our Website Terms. Any dispute or claim arising out of this policy and the use of your personal information will be governed by Canadian law and the courts of Canada have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any such dispute or claim.
